Nate is the Project and Events Coordinator for the Clearinghouse. He is in charge of organizing and executing conferences at a state and national level, including the Alternatives Conference which is hosted by the National Mental Health Consumers’ Self-Help Clearinghouse every third year. In addition to conference planning related tasks, Nate coordinates the production and distribution of the Clearinghouse’s Key Assistance Report and assists in a number of various other project management tasks for both the Clearinghouse and the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Nate has a B.A. in Christian Education and a B.A. in Biblical Literature from Taylor University and he served as the Pastor of Youth Ministries at a non-denominational church before coming to the Clearinghouse in 2006. In his free time he enjoys reading, writing, rock climbing, watching college basketball, and hanging out with his wife and his daughter.
